  • I have a transmission / airbag / suspension / etc. light warning, can you fix this?

    Yes! Our diagnostic tools offer full vehicle coverage and can scan any factory-fitted control module.

  • I have a warning light, can you tell me how much it will cost to fix?

    We can not provide quick estimates with any accuracy. Our On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) library contains more than 11,000 Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC), and a warning light typically indicates a stored DTC, not a specific failed component. If you imagine your vehicle is a city, a DTC points to the zip code of the problem, not an exact address. This is why we request proper diagnostics on suspected failed components before repairs are carried out to ensure a proper estimate and fix.

  • Do you do tires?

    No. There are plenty of professional tire shops. We have chosen to specialize in Land Rover and Jaguar tooling and diagnostic equipment to better serve you and your vehicle. We partner with several local shops and can offer referrals.

  • I have an extended warranty, do you honor that?

    We can work with most aftermarket extended warranty companies to get your repairs covered. Be sure to bring any warranty documentation (or copies) with the vehicle so we can contact the company and get the coverage process started. We will communicate with you on any deductibles, copays or other non-covered repairs/parts prior to starting.

  • Can I bring my own parts?

    Yes, however any parts supplied by the customer are considered “as-is” and will not carry any guarantee or warranty beyond that of our own workmanship. We reserve the right to refuse any supplied parts we deem unsafe or unsuitable for installation.

  • Can I wait while work is performed on my vehicle?

    Yes, we have a small seating area & free Wi-Fi, but we strongly suggest dropping off vehicles needing any work beyond oil changes to ensure enough time for thorough diagnostics, test drives, or repair verification.

  • I can’t make it there during business hours, how do I get my vehicle dropped off/picked up?

    We have a secure key drop box on the side door of our main office. Your keys will be indoors and under lock-and-key with the watchful eye of our security cameras. After hours pickup can be arranged by giving us a call before the end of day.
