Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Technician at Platinum Auto Group located in La Grange, KY. Technicians will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our customers vehicles, limited primarily to Land Rover and Jaguar brands.
Qualifications
Experience with Vehicle Maintenance, Automotive Repair
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently without supervision
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Safety-minded and reponsible
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Basic computer skills
At least 18 years of age
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Technical knowledge of Land Rovers and Jaguars
Extensive tool set
Strong diagnostic ability
Fluency in technical language and wiring diagrams
ASE Certifications
OEM Factory Training
Motorsports/track experience
Technical School degree/certificates
Experience with SDD/IDS/Topix diagnostic tools
Passion for all things Land Rover/Jaguar

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent at Platinum Auto Group located in La Grange, KY. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities include managing service appointments, answering phones, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of the service team.

Experience in customer service or front desk roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional and friendly communication style
Ability to work independently without supervision
Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, invoicing)
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
At least 18 years of age
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Land Rover and Jaguar brands
Familiarity with service appointment scheduling and repair orders
Prior experience in an automotive service environment
Experience using dealer management systems (DMS)
Ability to handle multiple phone lines with ease
Positive attitude and passion for premium customer service
Interest in automotive performance, luxury vehicles, and off-road culture
